A company is looking for a Technical Lead - II in Healthcare Business Analysis / Consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, driving requirements and system configuration for healthcare payer platforms
Lead requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and support claims adjudication, enrollment, billing, and UM workflows
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, support testing, UAT, and production releases, and develop business and system documentation
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in healthcare payer operations
Engineering Degree (BE / ME / BTech / MTech / BSc / MSc) is required
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
Experience with HealthRules Payer configurations and integrations
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
