Client Executive

A company is looking for a Client Executive to manage relationships with health insurance underwriting clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and lead regular client meetings, including presentations and business reviews

Review client dashboards for usability and generate insights from model results

Document meeting notes and action items in Salesforce, following up with clients as needed

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Strong understanding of the health insurance underwriting industry

Highly organized with the ability to manage time-sensitive objectives

CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) strongly preferred

Experience in a tech or SaaS company is a plus
