15+ years of experience leading Operations teams in Retirement Recordkeeping
Strong background in Member Processing and Taft Hartley plans
Experience in managing large-scale operations with significant change management experience
Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
Strong financial acumen and experience in managing business risk and profitability
