Sales Agronomist – Growing Ag Retail Leader

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and manage your own territory , building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Conduct on-farm visits to assess crop conditions, understand producer needs, and recommend the right combination of seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products.
• Provide agronomic expertise and guidance , helping growers implement precision ag solutions and sustainable practices to improve results.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by offering high-quality products and trusted advice that drives profitability for both your customers and the company.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and seamless service.
• Stay current with ag industry trends, new technologies, and product innovations to bring cutting-edge solutions to your customers.

Base Salary : $80,000 + Commission (uncapped earning potential)
