Job descriptionAppraisals Title Commitments IRS 4506T Tax Return Transcripts Employment / Income Verifications Title Lien Searches Contact taxing entities to verify current tax status and document findings on lien searches. Request and manage Payoff Statements as needed. Prepare Closing Disclosures and closing documents upon request from Loan Officers. Process denied, withdrawn, and cancelled loans, ensuring accurate data entry into the HMDA reporting system for applicable loans. Convert Word documents to fillable PDF forms as needed. Provide cross-training and backup support to other Loan Processors. Perform other duties as assigned to support the department and organizational goals. Prior experience in mortgage processing or loan servicing preferred. Strong understanding of real estate lending documentation and compliance. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Sabine Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven RE Loan Servicing Specialist / Mortgage Processor to join our Real Estate Lending team. This role is essential in supporting the mortgage loan process from initial disclosure through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional member service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and deliver Initial Disclosures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Order and track third-party services including :
Flood Zone Determinations
