The vast majority of our warehouse positions at Integra Business Alternatives are temp to perm, meaning the company you are assigned to has the option to hire you on after a 60-90 day probationary period. This is similar to a test run to ensure temporary employees are a good fit for the organization. Warehouse employees are responsible for a variety of daily tasks in support of the organization's core goals and standards. This may include

• Processing and loading / unloading orders.
• Picking / pulling orders for shipment.
• Packing / processing orders.
• Inventory control.
• Working with a sense of urgency to maintain production goals.
• Punctuality.
• Providing quality service.
• Contributing to team effort.
• Completes appropriate paperwork / reports by entering required information.
• Promoting a clean shipping / supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Preserving a safe and clean work environment.
