As a lead Sign Installer and or helper .You would perform installation and maintenance of Talley Sign products developed for existing and new signs. You will install signs of all sizes on poles, buildings, billboards, and other structures using a wide range of tools. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and who is determined to provide outstanding service to our customers

Installer Helper - would asset lead installer with all of the above and listed responsibilities .

• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead installer

Confirms the signage accurately conforms to the work order (i.e., spelling, medium, size, etc.)

Loads and transports signage to destination

Prepares work site by removing unwanted signage, preparing mounting surfaces, and ensuring all electrical sources are in order (if applicable)

Follow all safety policies and procedures in the preparation and installation phases

Installs signage in strict compliance with the work order

Cleans installation site

Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments

Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes

• QUALIFICATIONS

A minimal of 2 years of sign installation experience is preferred or other relevant experiences such as construction or electrical . Must be mechanically inclined . Previous bucket truck ,JLG lift, scissor lift is preferred .

Must be physically able to perform sign installations, which includes lifting up to 100lbs with two team members, climbing, and working at heights greater than 10 feet in various weather conditions will be required.

Installers Helper - 1 year of experience is preferred but not required. Previous construction and or electrical is preferred but not required. Mechanically inclined and physically able to preform sign installations which include lifting up to 100lbs with two team members. Climbing and working at heights greater than 10 feet in various weather conditions will be required.

• A valid Drivers License is required a CDL license is a plus.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $12.00 - $24.00 per hour
