Claims Operations Associate

A company is looking for a Claim Operations Associate to support their Claim Operations department remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Address simple requests and complaints via telephone, email, or voicemail with guidance

Utilize call center software to manage calls and learn investigative methods for issue resolution

Maintain organization and track workload using multiple computer systems and tools

Required Qualifications

High school diploma is required

Experience in billing claims assistance, claims processing, or claims operations support is required

Workers' compensation claims experience is preferred

Location within the Central or Mountain Time Zone is preferred

Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. MT / 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. CT
