Schedule : Fulltime Evenings, 3pm - 11 : 30pm, Monday - Friday, every other weekend and holiday

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $4500

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Patient Care & Service : Assist residents with daily activities as per individualized care plans, facilitate transport to activities, provide engaging leisure activities, and offer emotional support to residents and their families.

Safety : Ensure a clean, safe living environment for all residents.

Communication & Documentation : Act as a liaison for families, guiding them to appropriate staff and responding promptly to resident requests while contributing to team reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Must be currently certified in New York State as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

EDUCATION :

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS : CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : This position requires exertion of 20 to 50 pounds occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds frequently. Expect frequent walking, standing, or squatting during shifts.

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be subject to modification and eligible for additional pay components based on experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, and location.
