We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events that embody our brand and meet the expectations of our clients. This includes everything from corporate meetings, conferences, and trade shows to social gatherings and community outreach events.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution from conception to completion.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
- Manage budgets, negotiating with vendors to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and increase attendance.
- Develop event timelines and coordinate all pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and health and safety standards during events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in event planning or coordination, with a portfolio of successful events.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.Benefits
