Freelance Recruiter - Healthcare IT

We are a fast-growing company looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring efforts on a project basis. You will partner closely with our People & Culture team and Hiring Managers to drive end-to-end recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization and across regions.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from intake meetings, sourcing, and screening to coordination with hiring managers.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Map the talent market to identify high-potential candidates, niche skill sets, and new sourcing channels.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidate fit based on role requirements and company culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Recruiting Lead and Hiring Managers, providing market insights and recommendations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate updates in our ATS and provide weekly progress reports.
