At Clementine, we are dedicated to saving lives by offering adolescents the opportunity to embrace their healthy selves. Our residential treatment programs cater exclusively to young individuals battling Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction.

We aim to empower adolescents and their families on the journey to full recovery, equipping each individual with the necessary skills to navigate life free from eating disorders. Our approach combines empathy, education, and active support for families, recognizing them as essential partners in the recovery process. We work diligently to help adolescents replace harmful eating habits with healthy skills, fostering a profound understanding of their unique individuality.

We invite you to join our team as a full-time Family Therapist, delivering essential therapy sessions to both clients and their families in our compassionate setting.

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday, with traditional business hours and one late night (from noon to 8 PM).

Responsibilities Include :

  • Conducting weekly family therapy sessions and caregiver coaching calls.
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions for clients and their families.
  • Providing meal support for clients in a compassionate manner.
  • Participating in ongoing care management for effective treatment.
  • Delivering safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances and identities.
  • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree or higher in clinical counseling or a related field.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Preferred licensure (or eligibility) in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.).
  • Prior experience working with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient environment is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
