We are accepting resumes for a full-time associate attorney. Joining our firm provides a unique opportunity for an attorney who is interested in furthering their career in criminal defense law.
In addition to a competitive salary, our attorneys earn between $150,000 - $200,000 with our bonus structure
The associate attorneys at our law firm are responsible for the following :
- Requesting discovery and conducting investigations;
- Interviewing police officers and witnesses;
- Filing and arguing pretrial motions;
- Handling misdemeanor and felony trials;
- Working with investigators;
- Attend court appearances in superior courts, justice courts, and city courts;
- Work with clients to better understand criminal procedure and keeping them informed of the status of their case;
- Conduct in office and telephonic consultations; and
- Work closely with administrative staff to ensure the professional and steady flow of cases.
Candidates will ideally possess the following experience :
- Past experience at a public defender’s office, county / city attorney’s office, or an Arizona criminal defense law firm.
- Handling misdemeanor and felony cases;
