Job Summary

The Renal / Vascular Surgical RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of the interdisciplinary care team, providing individualized, high-quality care to patients recovering from kidney-related conditions, vascular diseases, and post-surgical procedures. The RN practices within the Shared Governance Model and Professional Practice Model, ensuring evidence-based care and patient advocacy.

This nurse upholds the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the ANA Scope & Standards while supporting organizational policies, patient safety, and service excellence goals.
