WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING : You will independently manage civil infrastructure projects with a focus on municipal water and wastewater systems. You will oversee project design, QA / QC, financial performance, and staff, while working closely with senior leaders on additional projects. This role also includes supporting business development and strategic initiatives for your team.

Once selected to join our team, you will :

• Manage multi-disciplined municipal infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Ensure the completion of QA / QC processes on all projects.
• Oversee all project financials and task assignments.
• Maintain frequent communication with clients regarding project progress and expectations.
• Prepare proposals and support business development efforts.
• Supervise and manage technical staff, including development and performance management.
• Assist with executing the strategic sales plan for your team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
