Consilio's direct hire recruiting team is working with a highly regarded, Michigan-based law firm that is seeking to hire a Litigation Attorney . This position is not with Consilio directly; it is a direct hire, permanent opportunity with the law firm.

Litigation Attorney
LOCATION
Niles or St. Joseph, MI (on-site)
SALARY
$100,000 - $140,000 depending on relevant experience and location
Major Responsibilities
- Prepare for and represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials, hearings, discovery, motion practice, etc.
- Construct and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions and interact with expert witnesses.
- Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys within the firm.
- Maintain responsive communication with other attorneys and clients regarding case developments.
- Provide legal counsel and develop case strategies tailored to clients' unique needs.
