Title : IT Network Analyst - Remote
Duration : 6 Months (Possibility of extension based on demand)
Location : Remote
Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered.
Description : Location :
100% Remote (preferable to candidates within 1 hour of Client, NY or Charlotte, NC, however, all candidate locations will be considered). Candidates must be willing to work EST hours.
Schedule : Monday -Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. May be some flexibility required to support APAC time zone, will reflect in shift for the week.
Anticipated as 6-month assignment. Possibility of extension based on demand.
About the Role
We are looking for a Network Analyst with a solid foundation in networking and hands-on experience with Cisco and Arista platforms. The ideal candidate will be capable of performing basic configurations, as well as maintaining network management tools and documentation systems.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Arista network devices.
Perform basic network configurations (routing, VLANs, interface setups).
Update and maintain SolarWinds for network monitoring.
Keep the Service Now CMDB (Configuration Management Database) accurate and up to date.
Assist in network deployments and upgrades.
Document configurations and maintain network diagrams.
Required Qualifications
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP / IP, VLANs, routing, switching).
3-5+ years Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and Arista EOS.
Familiarity with SolarWinds and Service Now CMDB processes.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
CCNA or equivalent certification.
Experience with automation tools (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
Knowledge of network security principles.

Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement)
