Description :
This position involves working 8-hour days, 5 days a week.
The role is based in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
You will work with a daily census of approximately 48 patients.
Patient demographics include adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Responsibilities include assessment, creating individualized programs, and discharge planning.
Skills required include the use of adaptive devices, assistive equipment, and various treatment techniques.
Experience with charting systems is necessary for documentation.
The clinician will need to manage a wide range of patient conditions.
Additional skills include patient family education and safety / injury prevention.
