Position Summary : The Lead, Marketing Performance is responsible for driving measurable results across the company's multifamily property portfolio. This role leads the strategy, execution, and analysis of digital marketing initiativesincluding SEM / PPC, Internet Listing Services (ILSs), and portfolio-wide analytics. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with deep expertise in multifamily marketing, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration, with a specific focus on helping Marketing, Property Management and Asset Management teams communicate and collaborate.

$90,000 - $115,000 + bonus
