Financial Administrative Assistant (On-Site)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative financial services environment? Alliance America is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to play a key role in supporting our new business and insurance operations.
What You’ll Do :
- Support agents and clients with life and annuity business from application and beyond
- Prepare, review, and process insurance applications, policy changes, and claims
- Scrub documents, order exams, track case status, and ensure compliance
- Maintain meticulous records, manage client databases, and distribute carrier mailings
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with clients and agents
- Provide sales and licensing backup—assist with illustrations, agent licensing, and handling commission questions
- Adapt to miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
Who You Are :
1–2 years administrative or customer service experience in insurance, investments, or financial services highly valuedProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM softwareExcellent communication, organization, and multitasking skillsPositive attitude, team player, problem solver, and committed to accuracyAble to thrive onsite in a professional, fast-paced settingBenefits :
