Clinical Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, support, and mentor Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) while overseeing performance metrics

Collaborate with Business Development / Sales to represent monitoring resources and support proposal development

Review project finance data to ensure compliance with site management and monitoring budgets

Required Qualifications

Previous CRA experience

5+ years of site management experience, including on-site monitoring and team management

Experience managing CRA activities within a CRO

Familiarity with project financials and resourcing impacts

Working knowledge of budgets, contracting, and regulatory guidelines
