Vice President, Patient Solutions

Vice President, Patient Solutions is responsible for leading the strategic vision for our Patient Solutions operation. A key value in this role is being customer centric; working closely with management and providing the vision to continually innovate and improve the service strategy in alignment with the changing needs of business and customers.

Responsibilities include :

• Oversees the customer and patient solutions department and generates value proposition for clients.
• Develops, maintains, and ensures production and quality standards, such as response and call handle times, are met and audit outcomes.
• Maintains appropriate staffing to ensure service levels are met across all product segments, smooth transition for new customers, and minimal impact to existing customers.
• Evaluates systems, policies, and procedures, and drives changes to accomplish the organization's and departments' objectives.
• Maintains strong internal control procedures in order to safeguard company assets.
• Assists in the solution of problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the team.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
