About The Position

RN, LTC / SNF

As a Registered Nurse in our Long-Term Care / Senior Living facility, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents. Our LTC / SNF provides a supportive and compassionate environment where seniors can thrive, and we're looking for a dedicated and passionate RN to join our team.

Required Skills :

Current RN licensure in the state of South Dakota

1+ year of experience in LTC / SNF or related field

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

Nice to Have Skills :

Experience with gerontological nursing principles

Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing

BLS certification

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)

Preferred Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

2+ years of experience in LTC / SNF or related field

Other Requirements :

Travel requirements : up to 13 weeks, with varying shifts (3x12's nights)

Local pay rate : $34 / hour, with opportunities for overtime

Travel pay rates : $23 / hour, $40 / hour, and $1200 / week
