Essential Duties
Responsible for maintaining par levels and ordering productCoordinates how product gets to venueResponsible for inventory input and calculation of COGsResponsible for recording venue to venue transfersConduct staff meetingsSet schedule for FOH and bartendersManage and oversee venue operationsHelp achieve restaurant operational objectivesPlan and develop staff incentive programsAssist the Senior F&B Managers in the planning of strategiesRespond to customer concerns and questionsControl costs and minimize waste while ensuring high quality of preparationNurture a positive working environmentMaintain a safe, healthy, and secure working environmentPromote and market the businessHelp oversee stock levels and order supplies when neededCoordinate communication between front of the house and back of the houseLead daily pre-shift meetingsGather guest & employee feedback and recommend improvements to managementAssist in administering training programsMonitor labor and product expenses to remain within budget, meet goals, and successfully advertise and support the CMR brandKnowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
3+ years' experience in a restaurant lead role in the hospitality industryPOS experience requiredPositive attitude and excellent communication skillsMust have Washington MAST CardMust have Washington Food Handler CardPhysical Demands and Working Conditions
Must be able to ski / ride at an Intermediate level or higherThis position is required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays while in operationAble to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basisAuditory and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, mobile devices, and basic office equipment on a constant basisAbility to work for extended periods of time standing, walking, kneeling, pushing, and pulling on an occasional basisAn Equal Opportunity Employer
