Food Operations Manager 3

Role Overview :

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, TX.

This role will bring innovation, expertise, and creativity to our award-winning Resident Dining program. The Operations Manager will oversee the East End Dining facility, a high-volume operation serving more than 5,000 students on meal plans. The East End hosts monthly special events in the dining hall, along with Sodexo Chef features. This position leads the food management team with a strong focus on service excellence, operational standards, staff training, systems, programs, and meeting client expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
