Busy North Scottsdale Family Law Firm seeking Associate Attorney or Legal Paraprofessional to become a part of our growing boutique family law practice. Ideal candidate will have at least six (6) months of experience with a dedicated focus on family law, licensed in Arizona, and capable of handling all aspects of family law proceedings, including dissolution of marriage proceedings, orders of protection, paternity cases, child support, modifications, enforcement, etc.,

Responsibilities include :

• Representing clients in court and consulting with clients;
• Prepare and draft legal documents; including motion practice;
• Negotiate settlements;
• Manage all aspects of disclosure and discovery;
• Assist senior partners and paralegals; perform administrative and management functions.
