  • Call Schedule : On limited rotation

Compensation : - $208,000 - $250,000 based on experience

  • Productivity metrics as well to boost total earnings
  • Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance for those outside the service area
  • $10,000 stipend offered to those in a leadership role

    DETAILS :

  • We're seeking candidates committed to building roots and integrating into the local community
  • Lead the Care Team in medical decision-making; provides supervision / collaboration to NPs and PAs
  • Perform minor surgical procedures
  • Generate referrals for patients requiring services outside the scope of direct primary care
  • 4-day workweek with one dedicated admin day
  • 1 Saturday rotation a month and very rare on-call responsibilities
