Job description

Job Title : Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Location : Multiple Locations

Type : Contract

Pay Rate : $60-$70 / hour

Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse.

Requirements :

At least 2+ years of recent ER nursing experience
Pediatric emergency exposure required
Prior travel nursing background must be documented
Required Certifications : AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
Active and verifiable state RN license(s)
EPIC EMR proficiency required

Responsibilities :

Provide urgent and emergent nursing care for both adult and pediatric patients

Conduct rapid assessments, triage, and respond to critical events

Administer medications, interventions, and trauma-based treatment

Communicate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care

Maintain precise documentation in EPIC

Offer reassurance and clear communication to families in high-stress situations

Adapt seamlessly to fluctuating patient volumes in a fast-paced ED
