· Candidate must be able to conduct audits, reviews and compilations for privately held businesses and be versed in current accounting standards.
· Must be able to prepare audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements.
· Review workpapers prepared by staff and offer feedback
· Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines
· Provide supervision, training and support to the engagement staff and promote open
communication to the engagement partner
Key Requirements
· A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting along with strong analytical, time management, communication and PC skills including proficiency with MS Office is required.
· Candidates must be well versed in current accounting standards with the ability to effectively
manage engagements and professionally represent the firm during client visits.
· CPA License
· 5 plus year’s public accounting experience
· Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude are essential
· Exceptional client service and communication skills
