Shipping & Receiving / Customer Service Associate

Location: 77002
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $13.50 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving / Customer Service Associate. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a company that values teamwork, initiative, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving duties including processing inbound and outbound items

• Log and process outbound accountable items in the company system

• Deliver inbound accountable items based on priority levels

• Obtain signatures and CAI (Customer Acknowledgment of Item) as needed

• Handle service requests and box pickups in a timely manner

• Provide excellent customer service in person and via other channels

• Perform general office duties as assigned

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Take on additional responsibilities as a proactive team player

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or customer service is a plus

• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and move boxes as needed

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable and punctual
