Description
Summary: Tempos Membership Relations Specialist will help support and maintain the companys Club Membership Program that provides all year-round regular HVAC system check-ups to catch any potential issues early and prevent the need for any emergency services. The Membership Relations Specialist also communicates with club members and special offers or promotions that are available to club members. This position is a top-notch, first impression specialist that is committed to providing exceptional customer service to our customers.
Reports to: Director of Service Finance
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be well versed and knowledgeable in Tempo Club Membership and benefits
- Sell and renew Tempo Club Memberships
- Maintain customer retention
- Organize and maintain membership records
- Provide management with accurate reporting
- Meet and exceed goals and expectations for sales and customer satisfaction
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent phone skills, including inbound and outbound calling
- Upbeat, professional, and enjoys helping people.
- Genuine empathy toward customers problems.
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry and terminology is recommended but not required.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- A willingness to help in all areas within the department. TEAM PLAYER.
- Detail oriented.
- Able to process high volumes of work with accuracy.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Self-starter
- Punctual and dependable
Education and/or Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years experience of Customer Service and/or relevant experience required.
- Experience in HVAC or construction is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Product knowledge of Tempos services a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Must be able to work varying shifts including days, nights, and weekends.
Language Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
