Job Title : Trimmer

Pay : $17 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

✂️ Key Responsibilities

Bucking : Carefully remove dried cannabis flowers from stalks in dry rooms
Trimming : Refine machine-trimmed product to meet quality standards for sale
Productivity : Maintain a minimum trimming rate of 7 pounds per 8-hour shift
Quality Control : Ensure trimmed product meets visual and structural standards
Sanitation : Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the day
Teamwork : Collaborate with fellow trimmers and supervisors to meet daily goals

✅ Qualifications

Must pass a background check in accordance with Michigan cannabis regulations

Able to work in cold, hot, and humid environments for extended periods

Must bring and store non-slip work shoes on-site

Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

Positive attitude and reliability are a must
