Job Summary :

As a senior associate, product analyst in the Chase Branded Card Product team, you will immerse yourself in understanding our diverse product offerings and technology platforms. You will work closely with us to develop a product roadmap that enhances our card member partnerships and integrations across entertainment, travel and lifestyle benefits, as well as cardmember partnerships. Your role is crucial in ensuring our affluent cardmembers enjoy exceptional experiences, making a tangible impact on their satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in our product offerings.

Job Responsibilities :

• Understand customer problems, convert them into problem statements and provide out of the box solutions through design thinking.
• Work with data, design, and engineering teams to conduct appropriate discovery and be able to understand the depth and breadth of the impact of the problem to be solved.
• Contribute to the end-to-end ownership of features from ideation through implementation and through maintenance and support.
• Write epics, initiatives, user stories, acceptance criteria, and participate in all agile events of the product group.
• Support effective product road mapping and sprint planning. Develop strong relationship with business, marketing, and technology stakeholders in support of effective decision making and go to market planning.
• Collaborate with other product teams, technical architects, and developers to understand the technology roadmap for modernization.
• Develop, verify, and validate end-to-end testing lifecycle support and outcomes.
