Role Description : We are looking for compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA-based support to clients under a BCBA’s supervision. You’ll help clients work on personal goals and essential skills, playing a vital role in their development journey.

Responsibilities :

• Implement behavior intervention strategies developed by a BCBA.
• Document and track client behaviors and progress.
• Support clients in learning communication, social, and self-care skills.
• Create a positive environment that encourages skill-building.
