Job description

Experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

  • ?? Join a dynamic, rapidly growing pediatric private practice in the Maryland community! ?? We are seeking an experienced SLP with a passion for leadership and clinical excellence.

Locations : Silver Spring, MD and Rockville, MD.

Schedule : Standard hours with flexible start / stop times. Weekends optional.

Starting Salary : $88,000 to $97,000 (Depends on experience)

OTE : $168,200 (Base + Bonuses)

    Bonus Potential : 75%

    Generous PTO (Starts at 100 total annual hours for 0-12 months, increasing with tenure ).

  • ?? Focus : Serve children (birth to 21 years old) with developmental disabilities / delays in a play-based methodology. ?? Daily Work : Half-hour therapy appointments, with two hours daily blocked for documentation and admin duties. ?? Team : Highly collaborative environment, working across OT, SLP, and ABA disciplines. ??? You report to the Therapy Coordinator. ??   • ? Must-Haves
  • ??? Experience : At least three (3) years of clinical experience (pediatric or adult SLP).
  • ?? License : Active Maryland SLP license (or ability to obtain one).
  • ?? Mindset : A strong passion for leadership and mentorship of junior clinicians / clinical fellows. ?? Approach : Ability to design individualized therapy plans with a family-centered approach
