Client Engagement: Actively engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.

Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients through networking, referrals, and other lead generation techniques.

Policy Recommendations: Analyze clients' current policies and recommend enhancements or additional coverage options.

Customer Education: Clearly explain policy details and provide information on different insurance products to help clients make informed decisions.

Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty to Teresa Weinman Insurance Agency Inc.

Goal Achievement: Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and agency objectives.

Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license for Colorado. Can be obtained post hire within 60 days.
