What You'll Do

Provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse developmental and learning needs.

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) .

Collaborate with families, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student growth and success.

Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment that encourages participation and progress.

Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing communication with staff and parents.

What We Offer

Competitive Salary : $57,000–$72,000 annually (based on experience)

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education

Valid Maine Special Education Endorsement (or eligibility to obtain)

Experience working with early childhood or elementary students with diverse learning needs

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
