Job Overview
Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Warehouse Lead. This hands-on leadership role oversees staffing, production processes, and work therapy assignments within assigned commodities departments. You'll ensure operational excellence while supporting our rehabilitation program's mission through meaningful work experience.
Pay Rate : $18.00 / hr
Status : Full Time, 40 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
Production Leadership
- Oversee staff and production processes in assigned departments
- Manage commodity evaluation and packing operations
- Ensure quality control for cleaning, pricing, and shipping prep
- Monitor and record production goals
- Maintain OSHA and TSA safety compliance
- Support efficient workflow processes
Safety & Compliance
Enforce OSHA safety guidelinesEnsure proper use of PPE equipmentMonitor workplace safety conditionsReport safety concerns promptlyMaintain clean and organized environmentFollow all TSA policies and proceduresAdministrative Duties

Required Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalentCombination of education and relevant experienceValid driver's license with TSA vehicle qualificationWarehouse operations experience preferredSkills & Abilities
