Summary
The Lease Transactions Manager serves as a key member of the Corporate Real Estate team, responsible for managing and executing complex commercial lease transactions across the Associa family of Companies. This role provides strategic real estate support including lease negotiations, brokerage coordination, market analysis, and portfolio management for office and warehouse locations nationwide. The Lease Transactions Manager leads the end-to-end transaction process, ensuring each deal aligns with business objectives, optimizes cost, and supports operational needs. This position requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate, strong negotiation acumen, and the ability to partner effectively with internal business leaders and landlords.
Essential Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of lease transactions from strategy development through execution, including site selection, negotiation, and closing.
- Serve as the primary liaison between landlords and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on business goals and timelines.
- Develop and recommend real estate strategies to support business growth, relocation, consolidation, and cost optimization.
- Review and negotiate lease terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with company policies and alignment with operational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market analyses and benchmarking to inform transaction decisions and identify opportunities for portfolio improvement.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to prepare and execute RFPs, LOIs, lease documents, and related agreements.
- Maintain accurate tracking of key lease data, critical dates, and performance metrics across the real estate portfolio.
- Prepare executive-level reporting and presentation materials summarizing transaction progress, market trends, and strategic insights.
- Stay current on market dynamics, industry trends, and best practices to inform corporate real estate strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the Corporate Real Estate function.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of experience managing commercial real estate lease transactions, with an emphasis on office and / or industrial properties.Active real estate license in the State of Texas required (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe).Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing multiple lease transactions simultaneously.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
