Responsibilities :

• Process disability payments for employees on sick leave, ensuring accurate and timely handling.
• Contact medical professionals and employers to verify an employee's return-to-work status.
• Handle intake calls to initiate paperwork related to leave requests.
• Occasionally reach out to doctors for updates and necessary documentation.
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and order processing.
• Communicate effectively via email to address concerns and provide solutions.
• Use Microsoft Excel for basic data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
