Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is looking to welcome a Human Resources Generalist to join their team!

This 1000 room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations! Our 3 team members report to the Director of Human Resources.

The ideal candidate holds at least 1 years experience within Human Resources (ideally within the hospitality field) the ability to multi-task with attention to detail and a passion for fostering positive team member relations. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Shift Pattern : Monday-Friday (8 : 30AM-5 : 00PM) Weekends as needed.

Rate of Pay : $23.50 per hour

What will I be doing

As a Human Resources Generalist you would be responsible for assisting the Director and Managers of the department in the overall management and administration of the Human Resources function in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and to maximize profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
