Position Summary :
The Recognition Manager is responsible for developing and coordinating programs designed to reward and recognize Amare Brand Partners at all levels Globally. He / she proposes and administers programs that promote leadership and foster company loyalty to improve Brand Partner retention. The Recognition Manager ensures the cost-effective implementation of rewards and recognition programs and the on-going development and analysis of information and metrics. The position applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks.

Manage all rank advancement awards inventory globally to make sure that the awards for rank advancements are being received by Brand Partners globally
Mailing :
Make sure that all rank advancement awards are being sent out promptly and are being included in Brand Partners' next order after the close of the qualifying month.

Oversee the creation and distribution of digital recognition. This includes but is not limited to :
