In this important role, working from 11 AM to 7 PM, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of our dinner offerings, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for taste and presentation. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dinner items, including main courses, sides, and desserts, following established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served safely, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Set up and manage the dinner service line to ensure a smooth flow of service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and restock supplies as necessary.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, keeping the work area safe and sanitary at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.Strong attention to detail and culinary skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.Benefits
