Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and intervie w candidates across multiple departments
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation
Build a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
Represent our company at job fairs, networking events, and on social media
Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively
A passion for people and a knack for spotting top talent
