Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team in Hazel Green, WI. The ideal candidate will provide expert nutritional guidance, develop personalized meal plans, and support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals through proper nutrition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients nutritional needs, medical histories, and dietary restrictions.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and disease prevention.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and nutrition interventions.
  • Stay current with the latest research and developments in dietetics and nutrition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Current Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
  • Licensure to practice as a dietitian in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and dietary guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and nutrition analysis software is a plus.
