Customer Service Specialist
Location : 18620 Harmon Ave., Carson, CA 90746
Responsibilities
- Booking and rebooking import load containers from all terminals in Los Angeles, Long Beach.
- Communicating with dispatch team for import load container delivery orders.
- Scheduling and matching appointment times with various customers' delivery times.
- Communicating with customer service team of all troubleshooting and issues during flow of operations.
- Assisting customer service team with all billing related to AR / AP.
- Utilizing TMS system for operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Communicating with customers on site directly.Problem solving when issues arise such as system being down.Ability to speak in professional manner with customers.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Google Drive.Fluent in Korean.Experience working in team environment.The base pay range for this role is between $41,000 - $60,000 / yr, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
