Customer Service Specialist
Location : 18620 Harmon Ave., Carson, CA 90746
Responsibilities
- Booking and rebooking import load containers from all terminals in Los Angeles, Long Beach.
- Communicating with dispatch team for import load container delivery orders.
- Scheduling and matching appointment times with various customers' delivery times.
- Communicating with customer service team of all troubleshooting and issues during flow of operations.
- Assisting customer service team with all billing related to AR / AP.
- Utilizing TMS system for operations.
Preferred Qualifications
The base pay range for this role is between $41,000 - $60,000 / yr, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
