Trillium Construction is now seeking experienced Commercial Concrete Laborers & Finishers in the Menomonie, WI area!

Schedule is full-time, MondayFriday starting on 5 / 5 / 25. Pay rate is $25$34 / hour (DOE).

We are currently seeking experienced concrete professionals to join a commercial concrete crew working on projects in the Menomonie, WI area. This is a great opportunity for skilled laborers and finishers who have a solid background in commercial concrete construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and strip forms for footings, walls, slabs, and other concrete features
• Place, spread, and finish concrete using screeds, trowels (hand and power), and floats
• Tie rebar and install wire mesh for structural reinforcement
• Assist with layout using tape, laser levels, or string lines
• Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety protocols
• Work as part of a tight-knit crew to meet daily pour and finish goals
