Help Children Build Confidence and Independence

At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , our Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children with autism develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

We’re seeking compassionate, dependable professionals in the Baltimore area who are open to working in both clinic and in-home settings . This role is part-time and requires consistent weekday afternoon and early-evening availability (4 : 00 PM–8 : 00 PM, Monday–Friday).

Position Details

• Location : Baltimore, MD (clinic-based and in-home sessions)
• Setting : Combination of clinic and home environments
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 4 : 00 PM–8 : 00 PM (part-time schedule under 30 hours / week)
• Employment Type : Part-time
• Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Compensation :
• Behavior Technician : $18.00–$22.00 / hr (based on experience)
• RBT Certified : $22.00–$26.00 / hr (based on experience & certification)
