Job description2+ years of experience in UI / UX design (Mobile, Web responsive). Understanding of principles design modules “from idea to development”. High skills in typography and page layout, color scheme / palette creation. Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Human centered Design and MVP. Understanding of user-testing principles. Strong knowledge of Apple IOS and Material Design guideline. Knowledge and understanding of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Upper-Intermediate English level. Proactive communication skills. Skills to defend / argue your own position. Presentation skills. Experience with illustration. Experience with animation (After Effects). Experience with 3D models. Long team focus : we create an environment of transparent communication, and minimal bureaucracy, which leads to long-term relationships. Development of niche expertise : we are working in several niches, such as FinTech, healthcare, and logistics. Therefore, our employees can develop their own expertise in these domains.
