Job Title : Sr Business Analyst – Planner Scheduler

Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst – Planner Scheduler to organize, develop, analyze, and maintain project controls, financial analysis, and estimating applications. This role will monitor established objectives, prepare status and management reports, and provide management with the capability of maintaining cost and schedule control throughout the life cycle of complex projects or work activities. The successful candidate will perform moderately complex Planning & Scheduling activities under limited supervision, including developing and analyzing project schedules, formulating schedule logic, and providing supervision and guidance to others in planning and scheduling activities.

Key responsibilities include developing, analyzing, implementing, and maintaining complex divisional or project logic driven schedules through short, mid-range, and long-term planning. The role involves formulating schedule logic, analyzing schedule performance, recommending corrective actions, and demonstrating proficient ability in the development of project milestone schedules. The position may also assume a lead role in planning / scheduling of a single large project, facility, or single department or program.

Work Hours : Up to a 40-hour work week is scheduled with various work schedules including 5 / 8s (8 hour / day; five days per week), 4 / 10's (10 hours / day; four days per week), and 9 / 80's (9 hours / day, five days per week AA and four days on week BB). Work week excludes holidays. Each workday has 30-minute lunch. Overtime will be expected at times to meet deliverables and will be utilized at the discretion of the Manager.

Required Qualifications

Education :

• Master's degree in business, construction management, technical, engineering or a related area and 2 years of practical experience; OR
• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, technical, engineering or a related area and 5 years of practical experience; OR
• Associate degree and 8 years of practical experience; OR
• High school diploma and 12 years of relevant experience
